3 Things I Learned From Ula
Experts are beginners that never quit.
Find something that you’re incredibly passionate about, that you think about all day and night, and that you work on everyday because you just can’t stop. No one is born an expert. But the time and effort you invest into learning and doing what you love will be what takes you to the next level.
Let your story shine.
All the things that you’ve experienced are what make you who you are. Whatever got you here today, whatever ups and downs you experienced, your journey and what you build from it can be the thing that inspires someone else to do the same.
Dance like everyone’s watching, because you’re awesome.
If you’ve never worked out with a group of people, it can feel intimidating. But the wonderful thing about group workouts is the strong sense of camaraderie. You start the workout together, you sweat side-by-side, you encourage each other to keep going until you have nothing left, and then you dance for one more song. It’s a wonderful metaphor for being a mom.
